Where’s My Stuff?! Tracking Numbers In Your Portal Account.

Need to know where your stuff is? Of course you do! Even if you don’t need to know, it’s nice to know. That’s why we’ve made it convenient to see tracking information when you place an order with Creative Stage Lighting.

You can always call our sales and customer service staff for your shipping status and review your invoice for tracking information. On UPS shipments we also send out tracking information once your order has shipped. But, did you know you can also see your tracking information on the CSL customer portal?

Once you’re logged-in to your account, just follow these steps:

1. Go to your account administration area and click (or tap) Track Orders

2. Go to the order you want to track

3. Boom – shipping information is under the order information’s “Ship Via” section

Some details have been removed from these examples, but I think you get the gist – your order’s information will be there.

If you don’t have an account on our customer portal, you can sign-up online in about a minute. For existing CSL accounts, follow the steps for linking under “Existing CSL Accounts.” Have a previous invoice handy so that we can link you to the proper records so you can see all your available order history.

That’s it! Your stuff is on the way and now you know for sure!

By the way, if you’re obsessive about your packages, check out apps for your phone that can track them for you. Just put your tracking numbers into the app and you’ll know where all your stuff is all the time. I like Deliveries on iOS, but there are plenty of others to pick from on iOS and Android.
