Where we ship
We ship within the United States and internationally.

United States

  • Orders of $100 or more: FREE standard shipping.
  • Orders under $100: $15.00 flat-rate standard shipping.
  • UPS services (such as Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) are also offered at the rate calculated at checkout.

International
International orders ship via UPS at the rate calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility unless collected at checkout.

All available options and their exact cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed after hours, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Lead times vary by product. Items marked Special Order or Make to Order list their lead time on the product page. If an item in your order cannot ship right away, we will contact you with an estimated ship date.

Delivery time and tracking
Delivery time depends on the shipping service you choose and your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Large and heavy items
Oversized or heavy items, such as truss, staging and large road cases, may ship by common carrier (LTL freight). We or the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.

Inspecting your shipment and damage claims
Count and inspect all packages carefully before signing the driver’s receipt, and note any visible damage on the receipt. Report any visible damage, concealed damage or shortage to us within three (3) working days of delivery; claims cannot be accepted after that. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Address accuracy and undeliverable packages
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. A $10 fee applies to reship any order returned to us as undeliverable.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. See our Refund Policy for details.
